Chicken or fish tacos paired with blanco is a solid combination of light meat with white tequila. With meats like pork and steak, a reposado would be a better fit.

If you’re eating meatier tacos like pork or steak, we recommend pairing it with a reposado.

You can pair a good steak with a reposado or an anejo. Red meats such as pork or lamb go great with an anejo.

Chocolate + Anejo

Anejo
balances well with sweets, especially chocolate. Chocolate creates a balance between the sweet flavor and the anejo’s aged flavor.
