Classic

Traditional Margarita

1/4 cup kosher salt. 1 wedge lime. 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) fresh lime juice. 2 heaping teaspoons superfine sugar. 1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) Cointreau or other triple sec orange liqueur. 1/4 cup (2 ounces) reposado tequila. About 2 cups ice cubes

PIneapple Serrano

Pineapple Serrano Recipe

Cut 1 Hawaiian “Gold” Pineapple into chunks (No Core) and blend with 1/2 Cup of Agave Nectar and 2 fresh Serrano Chiles (with the seeds and membranes removed) together in a blender. Once the “Base” has a puree consistency and is flowing smoothly turn off the blender and place in a container. (1.5 Ounces 3 Amigos Blanco Tequila 4 Ounces Margarita Mix 1 TBSP Piña-Serrano Puree 4 Scoop Ice) In a Mixing Tin combine the Tequila, Margarita Mix, Raspberry Puree and Ice together and give it 10-12 good shakes. Then pour into a Margarita Glass and enjoy.

Bloody Maria

Bloody Maria Recipe

*This Recipe serves 6* Ingridents: 3 cups tomato juice - 3 tablespoons lemon juice - 3 tablespoons lime juice - 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish - 1 1⁄2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce - 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder - 3⁄4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce - 3⁄4 teaspoon celery salt - 1⁄2 teaspoon coarse black pepper - 1⁄3 cup pickle juice - 1 ounce Reposado, per drink In a blender combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, lime juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, pickle juice, and hot sauce and process until smooth. Transfer to a nonreactive container and add celery salt and black pepper, to taste. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 2 hours and up to overnight. When ready to serve, fill each glass with ice. Add 1 ounce of Reposado to each glass, then fill the glass with the bloody mary mix. Stir well, and garnish each glass with your favorite veggie, pickle, celery, pickled green bean, or a pickled okra.

La Paloma

La Paloma Recipe

Fill 4 tall glasses three-quarters of the way with ice. Pour 1/2 teaspoon grenadine into each glass. Combine 1 cup tequila, 1 cup grapefruit juice, 1/4 cup fresh lime juice, 2 teaspoons superfine sugar and a pinch of salt in a cocktail shaker. Shake well, then pour into the glasses. Top each drink with 1/4 cup grapefruit soda.

Strawberry Margarita

Blend 4 Cups of Strawberries and 4 ounces of Agave Nectar together in a blender. Once the “Base” has a puree consistency and is flowing smoothly turn off the blender and place in a container. Remember that the Base will stay fresh for 5-7 days. 1.5 Ounces 3 Amigos Blanco Tequila 4 Ounces Margarita Mix 1 TBSP Strawberry Puree 1 Scoop Ice In a Mixing Tin combine the Tequila, Margarita Mix, Strawberry Puree and Ice together and give it 10-12 good shakes. Then pour into a Margarita Glass and enjoy. If you would like a little more sweetness you can add Superfine Bar Sugar to the rim of the glass. Garnish with a Fresh Strawberry and a Lime Wheel.

Hibiscus Margarita

Hibiscus Margarita Recipe

Hibiscus syrup: 1 cup flor de jamaica (dried hibiscus flowers) - 3 cups boiling water - 1 cup honey, organic cane sugar, or agave syrup - For each hibiscus margarita: 2 tablespoons hibiscus syrup - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice - 2 tablespoons (100% agave tequila, gold or silver - 1 tablespoon orange liqueur - Sliced lime Instructions Make the syrup: 1. Pour the boiling water over the flowers. 2. Cover and let steep ½ hour or more. 3. Strain this infusion into a saucepan, discarding the flowers. 4. Stir in the honey or sugar and heat just enough to dissolve the sweetener into syrup. 5. Chill. *For each hibiscus margarita*: Fill a margarita glass with ice cubes. Add the syrup, lime jice, tequila and orange liqueur. Stir. Garnish with a slice of lime.

5 ounces of Cold Brew Coffee - A scoop of ice - 2.5 ounces of Ramona's Reserve. Put into mixing tin, give 5 shakes and pour. You may add cream to the cocktail. Enjoy.

Ramona's Horchata

Ramona's Horchata Recipe

2.5 ounces of Ramona's Reserve Tequila Liqueur - 4 ounces of horchata (preverably homemade) - 1 scoop of ice - In a mixing tin combin the Ramona's Reserve, horchata, and ice together and give it 4 good shakes. The pour into an old fashioned glass and enjoy.

Green Chile Margarita

Green Chile Margarita Recipe

Blend 2 Green Bell Peppers - 2 Anaheim Chiles - 2 Poblano Peppers - 2 Jalapeno Peppers - 1 Serrano Pepper with 4 ounces of Agave Nectar together in a blender. Once the “Base” has a puree consistency and is flowing smoothly turn off the blender and place in a container. (Remove the Seeds, Tops and Membranes from the Fresh Chiles before pureeing them.) 1.5 Ounces 3 Amigos Blanco Tequila 4 Ounces Margarita Mix 1 TSP Chile Verde Puree 1 Scoop Ice In a Mixing Tin combine the Tequila, Margarita Mix, Chile Verde Puree and Ice together and give it 10 good shakes. Then pour into a Margarita Glass and enjoy. If you would like a little more spice you can use a Chile Salt Rim for the Glass. Garnish with one whole Jalapeno on top of the Ice.
