2 TABLESPOONS (1 OZ) OF FRESH LIME JUICE
2 HEAPING TEASPOONS OF SUPERFINE SUGAR
1/4 CUP (2 OZ) OF BLANCO TEQUILA
ABOUT 2 CUPS OF ICE CUBES
1/2 Cup 3 Amigos blanco
1/2 c agave nectar
3/4 c water
1 c fresh mint
2 c lime soda
1 c fresh lime juice
Shake and enjoy!
•2 ounces 3 Amigos Reposado
•1/2 Kiwano melon
•1 tablespoon lime juice
•1 tablespoon agave nectar
•1 ounce Midori liquor -shake it up add ice and enjoy!
2.5 OUNCES OF RAMONA’S RESERVE
4 OUNCES OF HORCHATA
1 SCOOP OF ICE
COMBINE THE RAMONA’S RESERVE, HORCHATA, AND ICE
GIVE IT 4 GOOD SHAKES. POUR INTO AN OLD FASHIONED GLASS.

1 TEASPOON OF CHILE VERDE PUREE
1 SCOOP OF ICE
COMBINE THE TEQUILA, MARGARITA MIX, CHILE VERDE AND ICE TOGETHER AND GIVE IT 10 GOOD SHAKES
POUR INTO A MARGARITA GLASS AND ENJOY
Base: 2 Green Bell Peppers • 2 Anaheim Chiles • 2 Poblano Pepper • 2 Jalapeno Peppers • 1 Serrano Pepper • 4 Oz of Agave Nectar
Blend Once The Base has a puree consistency and is flowing smoothly, place in a container. (Remove seeds, tops and membranes from the fresh chiles before pureeing them.)
1.5 OZ 3 AMIGOS BLANCO TEQUILA
4 OZ MARGARITA MIX
1 TBSP PIÑA-SERRANO PUREE
4 SCOOPS OF ICE
COMBINE TEQUILA, MARGARITA MIX, PIÑA-SERRANO PUREE AND ICE TOGETHER
GIVE IT 10-12 GOOD SHAKES. ENJOY!
Base: •Cut 1 Hawaiian “Gold” Pineapple into chunks (No Core) • 1/2 Cup of Agave Nectar
• 2 fresh Serrano Chiles (with the seeds and membranes removed)
• Once the “Base” has a puree consistency and is flowing smoothly turn off the blender and place in a container.
•4 oz 3 Amigos Anejo tequila
•8 oz Fresh Grapefruit juice
•1 1/2 tsp Agave nectar
•1 1/2 tsp water
• Rosemary and ice
* combine all ingredients in a shaker, strain and pour.
